Biography
Abdullah Abdulatif Al-Jasser is a former judge who has been practicing law for over 18 years. He has handled and managed over one thousand cases, encompassing study, drafting, and litigation. He is an expert in institutional work, combining practice, academic research, and professional experience. He supervised the revision and ratification of nearly 600 legal deeds related to estates, entities, or individuals. He specializes in corporate governance and management, and has directed and participated in the operations of several major companies exceeding a value of one billion Saudi Riyals.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from the Higher Judicial Institute.
