Biography

          Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mobaydeen is a member of the RIYADA Legal Group and is regarded as a highly experienced lawyer specializing in tax matters. He began his professional career at the Income Tax Department, where he held several prominent positions, including tax assessor. He distinguished himself as a litigator in income tax matters before competent courts, providing precise legal consultations to both governmental and private entities.

          Additionally, Al-Mobaydeen  served as the Public Prosecutor for General Sales Tax and as an Assistant to the Tax lawyer General. He also held the position of Head of the Civil Cases Division in the Tax Public Prosecution, enhancing his expertise in handling complex tax issues.

          He holds a license to practice law from the Jordanian Bar Association and has participated in numerous committees related to tax legislation, including the committee addressing requests from the Customs Public Prosecution to establish the absence of interest in refund cases, the committee studying proposed amendments and recommendations related to leasing financing, the Sales Tax Committee stemming from the main committee for unified tax legislation, and the committee for updating publications related to the General Sales Tax Law and its guidelines.

          Al-Mobaydeen  has earned several academic credentials, including a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from Beirut Arab University, a diploma in accounting, and a Higher Diploma in Private Law from the University of Amman Arab for Graduate Studies. With his deep expertise and exceptional legal skills, he strives to provide the best legal solutions for his clients in tax matters, establishing himself as a leader in his field.
