Ayman Fahed Alnsour
Biography
Ayman Fahed Alnsour is the founding partner of RIYADA Legal Group, with over 25 years of distinguished legal experience. He handles a wide range of cases in a partnership primarily focused on commercial matters, as well as selective commercial litigation and arbitration.
Ayman Alnsour has provided legal advice on a number of prominent international and local cases. He also has extensive experience in commercial regulations related to banks and commercial companies, including providing advice on the distribution of powers and jurisdictions that regulate the management of companies and banks and the fair and effective decision-making process. It helps senior management and boards of directors manage the operations of banks and companies according to the principles and rules of corporate governance to ensure shareholders’ rights and reduce risks in line with local and international laws that regulate all matters related to banks and companies and formulate regulations and systems that ensure the conduct of their main operations with complete transparency and integrity.
He holds a law degree (LL.B.) from Damascus University (DU) and is licensed by the Jordanian Bar Association (JBA). He is a legal Counsel to several major companies in Jordan and the Gulf. He previously worked as the head of the Litigation Department at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, overseeing all litigation proceedings for the bank and its subsidiaries. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and holds a certificate in international litigation and arbitration from Brigham Young University (BYU) in the United States. His experience includes drafting complex contracts, arbitration, and dispute resolution in various local and international jurisdictions, with a particular focus on sustainable development and public-private partnerships.
