Biography
Dr. Sultan began his career at the Ministry of Justice in 1424H, serving across various administrative and legal departments between the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judicial Council until 1440H. He has held diverse roles as a Sharia and Legal Consultant. He believes that diligence, enthusiasm, integrity, and credibility, by the grace of Allah, are essential factors in achieving success, professional excellence, and earning clients’ trust, with over 20 years of legal experience.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, a Master’s degree in Legal Studies from the Higher Judicial Institute, and a Doctorate in Legal Studies from the Islamic University.
