          Iyad Al-Hendi is a prominent member at the RIYADA Legal Group, with extensive experience exceeding 18 years in commercial law, corporate law, and investment law. Iyad provides comprehensive legal consulting across various sectors in Qatar and the Gulf region, possessing deep knowledge of administrative law, human resources law, labor law, insurance, and real estate.

          He has a high capability to handle complex legal matters, making him a reliable source for providing sound legal advice to companies. Iyad is skilled in reviewing legal contracts, managing insurance claims, and coordinating with governments, governmental bodies, and institutional entities.

          Iyad served as a legal Counsel at Mavak Manufacturing LLC in Doha, where he managed numerous corporate-related matters and drafted and reviewed commercial contracts for clients. He filed commercial lawsuits related to companies and individuals, as well as civil matters, rental disputes, and insurance claims in Qatari courts. Additionally, he specializes in establishing companies of various types and provides legal advice regarding corporate law, investment law, and dispute resolution.

          He communicates with government adversaries and represents clients in negotiations, settlements, and legal sessions. He also submits appeals and drafts memoranda in complex transportation matters. Furthermore, he files lawsuits in the Investment and Trade Court and the Civil Court, defending in these matters, and reviews public prosecution documents and submits requests of all kinds.

          Prior to this, Iyad held the position of Legal Affairs Manager at the Al-Qariah Trading Group LLC in Doha, where he provided legal advice on labor law and rental regulations, reviewed contracts for employees and workers, and ensured compliance with Qatari labor law. He also managed corporate disputes, insurance claims, and compensation for workplace injuries, and dealt with the establishment of local and foreign companies in accordance with Qatari laws.

          Iyad also worked as a legal Counsel at Najmat Al-Sharq Global LLC in Doha, where he drafted employment contracts and provided legal advice to the company regarding labor and commercial laws. He addressed legal matters related to workplace injuries, labor disputes, and insurance claims, as well as managed the establishment of companies in Qatar while ensuring compliance with local laws.

          Iyad Al-Hindi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from An-Najah National University in Nablus and a Master’s degree in Commercial Law (LL.M.) from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. He has also completed several training courses, including a course on combating money laundering and financing terrorism at the Qatar Chamber, advanced project management training, a training course in leadership and power, a training course on the Berne Convention and the Paris Convention from the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property, a course in fingerprint science with trainer Youssef Al-Rantisi, and practical applications for arbitration and delay in infrastructure and energy projects in Qatar from the University of Aberdeen.
