Radwan Seif
Biography
Radwan Seif is a prominent member of RIYADA Legal Group and an experienced lawyer with extensive legal expertise in commerce, banking, corporate law, contracting, arbitration, and labor law.
He has been appointed a liquidator and custodian for numerous local and international companies and institutions. In addition, he is a recognized expert in banking and judicial affairs and served as the Director of the Legal Department for the Arab Bank branches in Jordan, where he represented the bank in major legal proceedings and advised senior management on key legal and regulatory matters. He also worked as a long-term legal Counsel at the Housing Bank.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from Beirut Arab University and is a licensed member of the Jordanian Bar Association.
